Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and navigate to the Account Settings page, or contact our support team.

Refund Policy

As of now, Thulasi does not offer refunds for any subscription plans. All payments made are final.

We invite you to try our Free Tier to fully evaluate the platform before upgrading to a paid subscription.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges due to technical error), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
